 CAREER-ORIENTED EVENTS OF THE DEPARTMENT PhMM

Over the years, the Department of Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management is actively engaged in career-oriented work carried out in the following areas:

Organization and coordination of career guidance

· In order to attract young people to study in NUPh organizing the work of all staff of the Department PhMM in accordance with the personal contacts in the community;

· Responsible for the career-oriented work of the department appointed assoc. prof. Kobets M.M.;

· The department of Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management held open days, tours for pupils school districts of Kharkov (Moscowsky, Frunzensky, Kominternovsky, Dzerzhinsky, Kievsky, Chervonozavodsky, Octyabrsky) and other regions of Ukraine (Dergachevsky gymnasium №3 Kharkiv region ; educational complex №1 c. Dergachi Kharkov region; Chuguevsky gymnasium №5; Lipetsk Secondary School Kharkiv region.);

· Always place the meeting responsible for the career-oriented work with students and their parents (parent meetings) assigned schools where teaching staff of the department PhMM tell how to join the NuPh, provide informational materials: newspapers “Youth pharmacy”, the conditions for entry in the NUPh, the periodic tables, leaflets on marketing;

· In the selection committee presents multimedia and electronic versions of lectures “Marketing is always one step ahead” that teachers of the department are reading students of Kharkov and region in accordance with the requests of principals;

· The department PhMM held a meeting with students of the CIS countries, which provide information and brochures National Pharmaceutical University for the purpose of distribution to schools of their cities (Tajik Medical University);

· Participation teaching staff of the department PhMM  in the State  Ukrainian-Polish project “Scientific Picnics in Ukraine”. Provides information on participation in the public Ukrainian-Polish project “Scientific Picnics in Ukraine” in the newspapers “Youth of Pharmacy”. Promotional materials obtained in the Admissions Committee and distributed during the project “Scientific Picnics in Ukraine”: newspapers “Youth Pharmacy” – 500 copies, the conditions of entry into NUPh – 500 copies of the periodic tables – 500 copies; replicated and distributed leaflets in the specialty “Marketing”– 500 copies;

· During the District Mathematics Olympiad of Kharkiv, the assoc. prof. of the department PhMM Kobets M.M. carried out the career-oriented work among students 10 and 11 grades Frunze, Kiev, Moscow, Ordzhonikidze, Leninsky, Oktyabrsky, Dzerzhinsky, Kominternovsky districts of Kharkiv. Distributed materials: newspapers “Youth pharmacy”, the conditions of entry into NUPh, marketing leaflets. number of copies of 500 pcs.;

· Conduct tours of pharmacy (visit to the museum of history of pharmacy and get acquainted with the Department PhMM) and conduct lectures on the topic “Marketing is always one step ahead” with multimedia support among students in 11 forms of schools enshrined in the pulpit;

· It is planned to work on the “Fair of specialties”. Prospective applicants from different regions will be distributed promotional materials, specialty “Marketing”. There will be a survey of pupils in order to identify future entrants. It is planned to inform about the availability of economic specialization based on pharmacy and the second higher education in the specialty “Marketing” on the basis of medical and pharmaceutical education.

Regular communication with the selection committee pharmacy

· Timely visit regular seminars on career guidance (in accordance with the working plan).

· Obtaining the necessary information and propaganda materials (NUPh disk “Knights of Pharmacy” and complete information about ELITE Pharmaceutical University”.

Visiting Medical Colleges

· In 2016 the head of the department PhMM assoc. prof. Malyi V.V. is going to visit the Kiev Medical College №3, Kiev Medical College named after Gavros. The pilot testing of students will be conducted.
