Kobets Maryna Nicolaevna – Candidate of Pharmacy, Associate Professor, Associate Professor
She graduated with honors from the National University of Pharmacy (2003), in which she works: laboratory assistant (2002-2003), assistant (2007-2012), assistant of the department of management and marketing in pharmacy; associate professor of the department of pharmaceutical marketing and management (2013 to present).
Educational and methodical work. She delivers lectures and conducts practical and seminar classes in «Pharmaceutical marketing and management», «Management», «Research methodology», «Industry market theory», «Enterprise marketing activity», «Ethics and deontology in pharmacy» (in English).
Co-author of 8 textbooks on MES: «Management and Marketing in Pharmacy (Test Tasks with Explanations)» (in Ukrainian and Russian) (2012), «Student’s Manual for Management and Marketing in Pharmacy» (in Ukrainian and Russian) (2015), «Ethics and Deontology in Pharmacy» (2017), «Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management Workbook» (2018), «Ethics and Deontology in Pharmacy» (in Russian and Ukrainian) (2020); 14 guidelines. She participated in the development of a number of work curriculums for following disciplines: «Ethics and Deontology in Pharmacy» (in Ukrainian), «Ethics and Deontology in Pharmacy» (in English), «Management», «Research Methodology», «Enterprise Marketing Activity».
She is the author-developer of the distance management course «Ethics and Deontology in Pharmacy», which meets the requirements of the «Regulations for the examination of the distance course» and recommended for use in the educational process (approved at the meeting of the MDC NUPh, Protocol No. 4 of 13.06.19).
Research work: personalization of medicine as a socio-economic problem (on the example of narcotic drugs), experience of using individual approaches to treatment using pharmacogenetic tests in the world and in Ukraine, analysis of awareness of higher education medical and biological students about pharmacogenetics.
In 2008, she defended her Ph.D. thesis on the topic «Development of composition and technology of obtaining bifidumbacterin-based tablets».
The author and co-author of more than 250 scientific works, including – 3 patents, 8 copyright certificates, 5 innovations, 6 articles in Scopus (h=2), 6 articles for the Pharmaceutical Encyclopedia.
Social activities. She took an active part in the job fair and career guidance at the university. In particular, she took part in carrying out state II – VI Ukrainian-Polish projects «Scientific Picnics in Ukraine». Secretary of the examination board for the marketing program. She has a certificate of advanced training of «Technology of distance courses development», issued by the problem laboratory of NTU «KHPI» (2013), certificate of participation in the seminar «Management of distance learning», issued by the Center of distance education of NTU «KHPI» (2014) and certificate of advanced training in the program «Theory and Practice of Distance Learning» (150 hours, registration №296) (2018), published by Institute of Advanced Studies NUPh.
