Safiulina Zoia Rashytivna – C.Sc. in Pharmacy, associate professor.
She graduated from the Kharkov Pharmaceutical Institute (1972). Since 1972 to 1985 she worked at the State Scientific Center for Medicines (then VNIIKhTLS) in the laboratory of medical aerosols. From 1972 to 1976, she was a senior laboratory assistant, and from the end of 1976 to 1985, a junior research assistant.
From 1985 to 1993 she worked as a senior lecturer and then assistant professor at the Faculty of Advanced Pharmacists at KhMAPE (then the Ukrainian Institute for Advanced Medical Studies, Department of Pharmaceutical Technology). Conducted lectures and practical classes in the discipline “Technology of dosage forms” on pre-certification cycles, thematic improvement and specialization.
After the reorganization of FUP since 1993 worked at NUPh College as a senior lecturer in the pharmaceutical department (conducted lectures and practical classes in the discipline “Technology of dosage forms”). She took part in the development of documents for opening the specialty “Production of pharmaceuticals”.
Since 2000 – Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, IPKSF NUPh (Institute for Advanced Studies of Pharmacy Specialists, NUPh). Conducted lectures and practical classes in the discipline “Pharmaceutical technology” in the field cycles of pre-certification and thematic improvement, as well as in the internship. Co-author of the program and curriculum of specialization in the specialty “Pharmacist”. Acted responsible for the methodological work of the department.
After the rotation of personnel at the department in 2004, she became an assistant professor at the Department of Management and Marketing in Pharmacy of the NUPh, where she currently works (now the Department of Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management).
Educational and methodical work. Safiulina Z. R. has about 70 printed works. Of these, methodological recommendations for conducting practical classes on the topics “Pharmaceutical suspensions”, “Emulsions” (Faculty of advanced training of pharmacists at the Ukrainian Institute for Advanced Medical Studies), “Methodological Recommendations to Help the Doctor and Pharmacist” – on the incompatibility of drugs with alcohol; collection of tests for self-training of specialists for certification (IPKSF, NUPh).
At the Department of PhMM, he lectures and conducts classes in the disciplines “History of medicine and pharmacy” (until 2011), “Management”, “Marketing”, “Management and marketing in pharmacy”, “Ethics and deontology in pharmacy” in full-time and part-time branch.
She is co-author of the standard program of the discipline “Ethics and Deontology in Pharmacy” for the specialties “Pharmacy”, “Clinical Pharmacy”, “TPKS”. Co-author of guidelines for seminars on the subject “Ethics and deontology in pharmacy”, 2009, as well as “Ethics and deontology in pharmacy”. For students of a foreign faculty a working journal has been developed for seminars in the discipline “Ethics and Deontology in Pharmacy”. Co-author of a collection of tests for self-training of students for the licensed exam Krok-2. Working journals in the discipline “Ethics and Deontology in Pharmacy” have been developed for applicants for higher education in part-time and full-time education.
She is co-author of guidelines for the discipline “Logic and Ethics of Professional Judgments in Marketing” (2015).
She is co-author of the training manual, which has the signature stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, “Ethics and Deontology in Pharmacy” (2017).

She takes part in the development of new programs, situational tasks and tests. Carries out the management of diploma and master’s works.
At the Department of Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management, she is responsible for the organization and methodological work.
Research work: in 1982 she defended her thesis on the topic: “Development of the composition and technology of an X-ray contrast drug based on barium sulfate” (supervisor – Professor G. Bashura). The developed radiopaque drug “Sulfobar” was recommended by the Pharmacological Committee for use. Research activity was associated with the stabilization of disperse systems.
