She graduated with honors from the National University of Pharmacy (2004), where she worked: Senior Laboratory Assistant (2004–2005), Postgraduate Student (2005–2008), Assistant (2005–2010), Associate Professor (since 2010). In 2012, she graduated with honors from the Ukrainian Academy of Engineering and Pedagogy, in the specialty Intellectual Property.

In 2008, she defended her PhD thesis on “Scientific and methodological substantiation of marketing availability of antifungal medicines” in the specialty 15.00.01 – drug technology and organization of pharmaceutical business and received a Ph.D. degree in pharmaceutical sciences.

She has undergone an international internship on the basis of the Academic Community of Mikhail Baludiansky in the field of perspective tendencies of scientific researches and modern teaching methods which took place in Bratislava (Slovakia). She graduated from Warton University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Introduction to Marketing and received a diploma in honors.

In 2019 she graduated with honors from the Edinburgh Business School (MBA).

At present, her research activities relate to research aimed at managing the innovative development of enterprises and information sources. The doctoral dissertation work on “Theoretical and scientific-practical (applied) principles of information support of pharmaceutical assistance” is being performed. Co-author of more than 90 scientific papers with more than 30 articles in professional journals, most of them in English.

She conducts lectures and holds practical and seminars classes on pharmaceutical marketing and management, ethics and deontology in pharmacy, innovative development of the enterprise, the basics of consumer behavior.

Social activities. At the department, she was responsible for manufacturing practice and educational work. Currently she is responsible for the international collaboration of the Department of Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management. From 2009 to 2015, Secretary of the Joint Faculty Council.

She is the current member of Rotary International, the Rotary Foundation officer, from 2017 till 2018 years was President of Rotary Club Kharkiv Multinational.
