On November 30 and December 1, 2023, during practical classes on the topic “Basic tools of team building”, which were conducted by the associate professor of the PhMM department Anna BABICHEVA together with the leading HR manager of the company “Ametrin FC” LLC Anna HRYB, students of the first year of the specialty “226 Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy” of the educational program “Pharmacy” had the opportunity to get acquainted with examples of the application of team building technologies in a leading wholesale company on the national pharmaceutical market.

A wide arsenal of various team-building activities allowed to immerse oneself in the atmosphere of teamwork: starting from entertainment events, ordinary corporate parties, traditions and celebrations of events, corners of informal communication and rest, motivating five-minute sessions, entertaining quizzes to professional trainings for the development of professional skills, outdoor events , various cultural events and concerts, charity projects, tennis and football tournaments, etc.

Applicants saw vivid examples of team building tools that make the process of mastering team building more interesting and exciting, activating the interest and attention of applicants. Mrs. Anna shared the secrets of building a cohesive team, drew attention to the principles of selection and training of personnel in the company. It is important that every employee is a team player.

Winners took part in an entertaining online quiz, actively shared their opinions. The HR manager of the company, Anna HRYB, invited applicants for an internship and a tour to Ametrin.
