February 16, 2023 Assoc. Svetlana ZHADKO gave a lecture on the educational component “Pharmaceutical management and marketing” on the topic “Management and successful management. Functions of management” for students of higher education of the 4th year of the specialty “Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy”, educational program “Pharmacy” Phm19 (4,10d-01-05).

One of the theoretical questions of the lecture “Strategic planning, its essence and stages” was presented by the head of the cooperation program with educational institutions of the Podorozhnyk chain of pharmacies – Maria SKRYPNYK.

Maria SKRYPNYK told the listeners about the development strategy, mission, values, goals, stages of growth and development prospects of one of the most powerful pharmacy chains in Ukraine. Those seeking higher education actively asked questions about the activity of the pharmacy network, the qualification requirements for a modern manager, and the motivation system in the pharmacy network.
