On March 25, 2024, Anna Babicheva, associate professor of the Department of Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing of the NUPh, as part of a team of scientific and pedagogical workers of the National University of Pharmacy, took part in the project of the Metro School “Magic World of Pharmacy” – spring 2024. For students of 10 classes of general secondary education institutions in Kharkiv, a popular science lecture-training on the topic “The team is us. Or creative team building for schoolchildren!” The participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the basics of team building, the history of development, principles and modern types of team building, as well as learn to work in a team to achieve a common goal in a playful way and evaluate their own ability to work as a team. All participants received gifts and many positive emotions. We thank the teachers and students for their activity and concern, as well as the organizers of the event for the opportunity to communicate with the talented youth of Kharkiv Oblast!
