On March 27, 2023, a practical session with training elements on the topic “Group dynamics and leadership in the system of pharmaceutical enterprises” was held for students of the 4th year of higher education majoring in “Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy”. Management of conflicts, stress” from the educational component “Pharmaceutical management and marketing”. Tetyana Kovtoniuk, the head of educational projects of the company “Tryglav International”, which is a partner of the “Arterium” corporation, introduced the signs and causes of conflicts, strategies and rules for their effective resolution in the working environment, in everyday life, which is especially relevant in the conditions of martial law. Ms. Tetyana’s explanations, who skillfully justified and showed how to benefit from conflicts and how to manage conflict situations, contributed to the expansion of the horizon of perception of the constructive consequences of the conflict.

Teachers of the department prof. Mykola Slobodyaniuk, prof. Oksana Tkachova, Assoc. Olga Rogulya, together with students of higher education groups Fm19(4,10d)-01, Fm19(4,10d)-03, Fm(3,10d)med-01, participated in training exercises that help develop a critical and informed perception of basic theories , models, practices in the field of conflict management.
