On November 13, 2023, the business trainer of the company visited the seminar on the educational component “Ethics and deontology in pharmacy” for students of the 4th year of higher education, groups Phm20(4,10d)03-04, specialty 226 Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy (teacher assistant Anna Cheghrynets) Olena Negoda “ANC”.

Studying the basics of professional communication together with the ANC pharmacy network is an opportunity to develop soft-skills, which are necessary for future pharmacists not only in professional activities, but also in everyday life.

During the seminar session on the topic “Basics of professional communication”, Ms. Olena provided practical advice on how to establish contact with pharmacy visitors and how to properly deal with objections. The speaker also revealed the topic of conflicts – the main strategies for dealing with conflict situations were considered, the negative and positive aspects of conflicts were determined. Olena Negoda provided advice on communicating with “conflict” visitors.

Secrets of conflict-free communication and self-recovery after conflict situations will be useful to applicants and teachers of the Department of Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing, who also participated in the discussion of the topic of the class (associate professor Svitlana Zhadko, associate professor Olga Rogulya).
