On November 16 and 17, 2023, for students of the first year of higher education in the specialty “Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy”, specialization “Pharmacy” (instructor: associate professor of the PhMM department Hanna Babicheva) at a dual practical session on “Team Building” by the head of the Psychological Service of the National University of Science and Technology, a psychologist of the highest category, associate professor Lyubov Pljaka conducted a series of psychological trainings on the topic: “Leaders are not born, but made.”

During the training, the winners performed various exercises to develop communication skills, self-assessment and determine leadership potential: “Business card”, “Leader in my life”; passed psychological tests to identify personal qualities and traits characteristic of a leader: “Tree”, “Geometric figures”, “Self-esteem”. The speaker used interactive methods of interaction with the audience, the method of brainstorming and associations, methods of psychodiagnostics. Achievers were asked to identify and write down their strengths and weaknesses, as well as internal motivations for self-motivation.

All participants of the training received incredible satisfaction from joint work, positive emotions, and a charge of energy, winners actively shared their impressions, actively participated in the discussion. We hope that everyone received something useful for further education and professional development, as well as personal development. Leadership qualities not only improve personal life, but also help achieve greater satisfaction with life, develop as a person and make positive changes in the surrounding world.
