We continue to develop the partnership between the National University of Pharmacy and employers: teachers of the Department of Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing, prof. Iryna Pestun, Assoc. prof.  Natalia Malinina and Assoc. prof. Olga Rogulya, together with Tetyana Tkachuk, a specialist in the personnel management department of “Servie Ukraine” LLC, held lectures for students of higher education majoring in “Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy”.

On November 10 and 11, 2022, 5th-year higher education students, during a lecture on “Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management” on the topic “International Marketing”, got acquainted with the activities of “Servie Ukraine” LLC, which was presented by Tetyana Tkachuk. The students of higher education learned about the peculiarities of the activity of a foreign company in the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine based on the principles of a responsible and ethical approach to conducting business and compliance with national legislative norms.

During the lecture on the discipline “Preparation of a pharmaceutical representative” on the topic “Peculiarities of the work of a pharmaceutical representative in a pharmacy. “Principles of work of a pharmaceutical representative at the exhibition”, which took place on November 14, 2022, applied aspects of the interaction of medical (pharmaceutical) representatives with specialists in the field of health care and the components of the company’s employee motivation system were highlighted to students of the 4th year of higher education in the specialty “Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy” . At the end, Tetyana Tkachuk spoke about employment opportunities and professional realization, as well as new projects for those seeking higher education from the company “Servie Ukraine”.
