February 9, 2023 assoc. prof. Olga Rogulya and assistant Elena Shuvanova, together with the pharmacy chain “Podorozhnyk”, organized a webinar for students of higher education in the final course of the specialty Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy on the topic: “Your successful future begins today!”

Speaker — Maria Skrynnyk, head of the cooperation program with educational institutions of the Podorozhnyk chain of pharmacies, spoke about the history, values and mission, growth and development of one of the most powerful pharmacy chains in Ukraine, which has more than 1,400 pharmacies, has 23 years of experience in the market and more than 7 thousand employees.

The company actively engages young people by launching the “Traveller START” platform, which deals with internships, internships and employment of higher education graduates. Webinar participants learned about opportunities for professional growth in the company, areas of study, social projects, etc. Those seeking higher education received answers to questions related to working in a pharmacy chain, in particular, they were interested in the system of remuneration and motivation of employees, working conditions, job prospects in the company and much more. The most active education seekers received gifts from the “Traveler” pharmacy chain.

At the end of the webinar, Asst. Olena Shuvanova summarized the results of the production pharmaceutical practice in pharmaceutical marketing and management, which took place in January 2023.
