Effective team communication is key to resolving conflicts, assigning roles, and implementing strategies that contribute to joint success. The consideration of questions on this important topic is devoted to a practical lesson on “Team building”, which for students of the first year of the specialty “226 Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy” of the educational program “Pharmacy” Assoc. Hanna Babicheva held a meeting together with Maryana Ivashyna, head of the training and development service of Galichpharm (TM “Arterium”). During the class, miners received interesting and useful tips, which are a tool for developing communication skills, contribute to the creation of a positive working atmosphere and a high level of motivation in the team.

The speaker of the team communication training, Maryana Ivashina, told the students of higher education about the basic principles of building a strong team, about the importance of the distribution of roles in the team, tools of interaction and effective communication in the team, and also shared the secrets of the success of the Galichpharm team.
