On October 25, 2023, for a practical session on the educational component “Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing” for students of the 5th year of higher education, groups Fm19(4,10d)-03 and Fm19(4,10)-04, specialty 226 Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy (teachers: associate professor  Olga Rogulya and assistant Anna Cheghrynets) was visited by the personnel development manager of the “Arterium” Corporation Kristina Yatsymirska.

During the class on the topic “Presentation of the medicinal product”, the applicants had the opportunity to feel themselves in the role of medical representatives of a pharmaceutical company, because personal selling is an important component in the system of promotion of medicinal products, especially prescription dispensing, in the framework of which pharmaceutical (medical) representatives directly communicate with specialists in the field of health care.

Having received useful information on creating presentations from Kristina Yatsimirska at the previous class, the winners developed and presented their own presentations of TM “Arterium” medicinal products. At the end of the class, Ms. Kristina commented on the work of the winners, noting the strengths of the presentations and pointing out the points that still need to be improved. A gift from the “Arterium” company to Liliya Kirpychova for the best presentation was a pleasant surprise.
