Зустріч з представниками роботодавців відбулася двічі –  під час семінарських занять з освітньої компоненти для здобувачів освіти 2 курсу освітньої програми «Фармація»

In the educational component “Basics of consumer behavior in pharmacy”, there is a topic devoted to the peculiarities of consumer behavior in the B2B market, that is, where interaction takes place between enterprises. The employees of one of the most powerful pharmaceutical manufacturers of Ukraine – “Danytsia Pharmaceutical Company” – agreed to help students better understand the practical aspects of such interaction. The meeting with representatives of employers took place twice – during seminar classes on the educational component for students of the 2nd year of the educational program “Pharmacy” (teachers: assistant professor O. V. Shuvanova and professor T. V. Krutskikh).

HR manager Inna Zyma told applicants about the pharmaceutical company, its achievements, market position and internship and employment opportunities. She noted that FF “Darnytsia” is the leader in sales of medicinal products in natural terms, every sixth package on the shelves of Ukrainian pharmacies is produced by this company. Information about the possibility of an internship aroused considerable interest among students, especially since every second intern remains to work in the company. In order to learn more about FF “Darnytsia”, Inna Zima invited students to take an online tour of the production.

Nataliya Petrenko, who is a specialist in procurement, was directly involved in the procurement process. She explained in detail what goods and services are the subject of procurement, how various types of products are procured, from office supplies to pharmaceutical substances, how and by whom procurement decisions are made, how issues are resolved when the purchased goods do not meet the needs of the enterprise, and many others.

The information was presented interestingly, well illustrated with examples. Thanks to this, students were able to master the material of the topic, better understand how purchases by industrial pharmaceutical enterprises take place.
