On December 4, 2023, a lecture-discussion on the selective educational component “Digital Marketing Tools” was held at the Department of Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing with the participation of IT specialists of the “ANC” pharmacy network

The event was organized with the assistance of Iryna NIKITENKO, manager of work with educational institutions of the ANC pharmacy chain. The event was moderated by Svitlana ZHADKO, Associate Professor of Higher Education, Department of FMM. At the preparation stage, teachers and students of higher education, who are studying in the specialty 226 Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy (educational programs “Pharmacy” and “Clinical Pharmacy”), compiled a list of questions regarding the digital strategy of the pharmacy network “ANC”, the discussion of which took place in the form of a lecture – discussions.

At the beginning of the lecture, Daria KLOCHKO, a student of higher education, presented the results of research on the digital marketing tools of the ANC pharmacy network, in particular, a detailed analysis of promotion in social networks, the functionality of chatbots and mobile applications was carried out.

Dmytro KADUSHKIN, head of the e-commerce department, spoke in detail about digital channels used to attract and retain customers, analytical tools, digital marketing trends and their place in the company’s strategy, the uniqueness and advantages of the ANC pharmacy chain.

Bohdan Maksymenko, SMM manager of the pharmacy chain “ANC”, introduced the audience to the strategy of promotion in social networks, the secrets of creating unique content, directions of cooperation with bloggers. The winners were particularly interested in cases related to cooperation with bloggers, the use of memes and situations, and the creation of trends in the SMM strategy of “ANC”.
