On February 22, 2023, the teachers of the Department of Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing Assoc. prof. Natalya Malinina and assistant Anna Cheghrynets, with the participation of Anna Hryb, the leading HR manager of “Ametrin FC” LLC, conducted an online practical lesson on the topic “Management and successful management. Power. Leadership” for higher education students of the 4th year of the specialty “Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy”, educational program “Pharmacy” Fm19 (4,10d)-08-09.
One of the key issues of the class, presented by Anna Hryb, is the justification of the system of key performance indicators (KPI), which helps to determine the degree of achievement of the company’s strategic goals. At the end, the speaker answered the questions and invited the students of higher education to take part in the competition for open vacancies. The webinar turned out to be interesting and productive.
