“Basics of consumer behavior in pharmacy” is an educational component that acquaints students with higher education with the peculiarities of the interaction of market subjects with each other. The involvement of pharmaceutical companies-employers in the educational process helps to increase the degree of awareness of applicants. Such meetings became possible thanks to the fruitful cooperation of the PhMM department and the department of practice, employment and career growth of the National University of Pharmacy, as well as thanks to the willingness of the best enterprises of the pharmaceutical industry to share the secrets of their professional skills with young people.
Anna Hryb, the leading HR manager of Ametrin FC LLC, visited the students of the 2nd year of the “Pharmacy” educational program at the seminar classes, which were devoted to the peculiarities of interaction in the B2B market and took place on April 8 and 12. She very meaningfully and interestingly presented the relations of the company “Ametrin FC” as a buyer of not only goods, but also services, and gave examples of such interaction. She separately touched on the issues of finding new goods abroad that would be in demand in Ukraine, and establishing partnerships with their manufacturers. Those present were interested in the information about their own trademarks “A+” and VitaCore Pharmaceutical, owned by “Ametrin FC” LLC. The company does not have its own production facilities, so it orders the production of goods under its own brands under the terms of contract production.
When highlighting the work of the Ametrin FC company, Anna Hryb spoke about various areas of work – wholesale sales to commercial organizations, teaching tender procedures, cooperation with charitable organizations. The issue of building customer loyalty was also considered, for which the company provides quality delivery service, conducts promotions, uses a flexible system of discounts, etc.
During the meeting, the students received a lot of useful information and learned a lot about the work of a wholesale pharmaceutical company.
