April 11, 2024 for a practical session on the topic “Group dynamics and management in the system of pharmaceutical enterprises. Management of conflicts, stresses” from the educational component “Pharmaceutical management and marketing” for students of the 4th year of higher education, groups Phm20(4,10d)01-02, specialty 226 Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy (teachers: associate professor Hanna Babicheva and assistant Anna Cheghrynets) representatives of the pharmacy network visited “APTEKA ANC”: HR manager Iryna Nikitenko and business trainer Olesya Stolovnik.
During a practical session with training elements, Ms. Olesya gave practical advice on how to establish contact with pharmacy visitors and how to properly deal with objections, since for a pharmacist, the ability to manage conflict situations is one of the main competencies. The speaker also revealed the topic of conflicts – the main strategies for dealing with conflict situations were considered, the negative and positive aspects of conflicts were determined. Olesya Stolovnik provided advice on communicating with “conflict” visitors.
The secrets of conflict-free communication and self-recovery after conflict situations will be useful to applicants and teachers of the department of pharmaceutical management and marketing, who also joined the discussion of the topic of the class.
